Here at Dibs, we are people, JUST LIKE YOU. Each of us here have had the same problems you have had in the past:

  • Selling our house and not knowing where to sell no longer needed furniture.
  • Tried using other home good websites but not feeling comfortable with the communication and transaction process.
  • Having to use multiple sites to try and sell items and juggling responses from non-qualified buyers.
  • Looking for something specific within your very own neighborhood.
  • Not wanting to overpay at a retail store when you can buy something well taken care of that will suit your specific home good needs.

Kevin is the founder and CEO of DibsDeals. He's been a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker for over 19 years. Kevin is obsessed with improving the experience for how people buy and sell their homes, which led to the creation of DibsDeals!

Rob is a co-founder and venture partner at The Idea Factory, board member at DibsDeals and CEO/co-founder of TypeCoach. In a past life he was a corporate attorney focused on leveraged buy-out transactions.

James is the Head of Operations for DibsDeals. He has spent the last 15 years managing operations for Trade Association and Corporate sectors. James joined DibsDeals from BCW Global where he was VP of Operations. During his tenure, he helped manage national, large-scale IT , facilities, and business operations initiatives.

Margaret is the Client Engagement Manager for DibsDeals. She brings years of experience working in the Annapolis real estate market, helping agents improve their approach to client engagement by educating them on the use of marketing and social media. This work has gained her the respect of many agents spanning multiple brokerages across the region.
